1 General provisions
1. The data Controller is JAN NIERDZEWNY PANYŁO SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered seat at ul. RZESZOWSKA 139, 39-200 DĘBICA PODKARPACKIE, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS no.: [0000420801], for which the registration files are kept by the Court of [name of the court, town, name of department], Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP [tax identification number]: [8722406201], REGON [national business registry number]: [180848176]. Data protection shall occur in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legislation and data storage shall occur on secure servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (where this follows directly from the description).
3. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "You", "Controller" by "We". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose.
Personal data provided in the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.

§2. Data Controller
1. The Service Provider is the data Controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, job title, place of work, IP address.
2. The Service Provider is also the Controller of persons subscribed to [for example] a newsletter and persons subscribed to a webinar.
3. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with data protection legislation,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
   c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Contract, amendment or termination thereof and proper performance of the Services provided by electronic means,
   d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes) and the processing does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
       1. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent You have given if [for example] you have subscribed to the newsletter,
       2. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with Your consent if You [for example] sent a message via the contact form,
       3. to the extent and for the purpose of Your consent if You have placed an order,
       4. to the extent and for the purpose of Your consent if You have set up a customer account,
4. Every data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Contract or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
7. The Service Provider shall have the right to make the User's personal data and other data of the User available to entities authorised under the relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
9. The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to entities other than those authorised by the relevant legislation.
10. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have access control in place to minimise the impact of any data security breach.
11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

§3. Cookies
1. The website [jannierdzewny.co.uk] uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser's computer software.
